About Me

Most of the time, I’m super excited about…everything. Other times, I’m figuring it out like most everyone else.  What keeps me on track is the people with whom I surround myself.  Sometimes, people leave. Circumstances change, so I always go to the Rock that is higher than I.  I’m never giving up, and I’m never going back.

Let’s do life together. I have two grown boys and one precious granddaughter. I’m married to my best friend, and I am Pom Mom to Theodore & Lola, the cutest Pomeranians in the world.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences & Education from Ashford University and specialize in composition and research writing with 10 years private school teaching experience and 16 years homeschooling my own children and others via private Co-ops.

How did that work out for me? I have one son who graduated with honors at 17, did two years of Bible College, two years at Dallas Baptist University, internship at the National Institutes of Health, and yada, yada, yada, he’s an Actuarial Analyst for Aetna, residing in Maryland. My youngest lives in Dallas, has been bassist for two Punk Rock Bands, one of which he and his best friend started, and has given me my first grandchild. He rocks his job at Amazon and has gone back to school to pursue the IT path.

Today, I proudly serve Uganda Counseling and Support Services as their Sponsorship/Administrative Coordinator. I serve as Children’s Church Small Group Leader at 3Trees Church, and I help others be all God created them to be: physically, mentally, and spiritually as a life coach and friend.
